With its ability to finish the edges of carpets, the Carpet Overlocking Machine has been specifically designed to produce professional-quality results in an absolutely efficient manner featuring a strong Steel Frame that offer excellent rigidity and maintains stability throughout high-speed sewing operations minimising vibrations, ensuring that the machine operates well whilst providing a higher level of accuracy and stability with regard to the stitching which it produces on varied height carpet piles by means of the use of a balanced drive system.
The overlocker utilises this unique trimming, securing, and sewing operation through the one-time production of these three separate operations enabling greater production time savings when compared to traditional separate trimming and hemming processes. It has a large variety of adjustable settings which allow the Operator to modify the finished product's appearance for Wool, Twist, or Synthetic Fibres, including the stitch length (number of stitches per inch), width (cutting) of the material, pressure on the presser foot (i.e. when the machine is sewing), and thread tension.
