The towel dispensing machine has been engineered to produce a consistent, high-quality compressed towel pack by utilizing rugged stainless steel construction and precise engineering techniques. This machine also utilizes a vast array of towels, regardless of construction method, in its feed system. After being fed to the machine (as shown in the picture above), the towels move through a pre-programmed compression chamber that expels moisture from the towels gently yet efficiently; thereby producing compacted towels with a defined density. In addition, this machine uses an advanced (PLC) controller to manage all cycle times, sequencing, and pressures. In addition, within each individual unit there are multiple sensors to ensure that the machine is aligned properly and will stop operating if the towels or their loaders come out of position.
By providing compact, consistent towels, the towel dispensing machine reduces the amount of space required for storing, transporting, and displaying towels, as well as simplifying the process of opening the towels upon immersion in water as well as opening them for immediate use. The machine's modular construction provides for maximum throughput rates; independent stations allow the concurrent loading, compressing, and packaging of towel packs, in turn reducing or eliminating bottlenecks.
