The towel making machine produces towels by automatically fulfilling a variety of processes required to turn textile webs into towels (e.g. feeding, weaving, cutting, compressing, drying, rolling and packing). Towel making machines will accept either textile webs or pre-cut sheets of fabric as input. They compress the towel into a specified density; structurally shape the towel into a standard or custom style; dry the towel at low temperatures to maintain the long-term integrity of the fibrous material; use a moisture management module to help prevent excessive wetting of the towel; and utilize an anti-static stage to help maintain the cleanliness of the finished product.
All towel making machines incorporate multiple towel programmes, which can be selected by the operator to produce different weights of towels, to produce towels in different sizes or to produce towels that behave differently when activated by liquid. The structure of the towel making machine is 100% stainless steel; bearings are completely sealed; and all panels can be easily accessed for daily maintenance. Towel making machines use PLC-based controls to operate, have automatic fault detection capabilities, and support remote diagnostics, enabling machines to provide stable performance with minimal down time. Additionally, the small footprint of the towel making machine and energy-efficient motors make them appropriate for use in both small facilities and large plants.
