The double needle chain stitch machine combines the use of two needles into one stitch by using a double needle with an even feed system and a heavy-duty design to produce a factory-quality double-needle chain stitch on many types of fabrics. Each needle is in perfect synchronization and produces parallel chain stitches that are very strong, decorative, and visually appealing when sewn into hem, topstitch or seam finish of any fabric.
The sewing machine has an adjustable stitch length; an adjustable needle space; and adjustable tension using the tension wheel to provide complete control over how the fabric will react to any type of sewing, regardless of weight. The machine utilizes an independent feed mechanism that allows the fabric to be advanced equally from one fabric to another during the sewing process, thereby minimizing any misfeeding of fabric and preventing the needle(s) from hitting anything other than their intended target when switching fabrics.
