A machine for sewing fitted sheets is designed as a single piece of equipment, which includes sewing with a precision servo, automatic insertion of elastic, delivery of the fabric to the machine, and sewing under tension. The operator selects the size of the bed (twin, full, queen or king), the depth of the sheet, and the type of fabric via an easy to use touchscreen. After making these selections,The fitted sheet-making system integrates accurate servo controlled sewing, automatic insertion of elastic, as well as simultaneous handling of material all within one streamlined manufacturing process.
The operator selects the appropriate bed size, depth of sheet, and type of fabric via a simple to use touch screen. Once these selections have been made, the system automatically delivers the fabric to the operator's workstation for sewing, with evenly distributed and controlled tension on the material during the entire execution of the operation including sewing the waistband of the sheet with multiple durable stitches designed to withstand wear and tear over time, and providing accurate dimensions of the corner pockets throughout production. The corning pockets have been engineered with proven corner designs, with multiple durable stitches used to hold up against tearing while ensuring that the dimensions of the corners do not change during production.
