The Industrial Fabric Cutting Machine was created specifically to meet today's textile industry needs by using advanced technology combined with flexible automation features. Additionally, i.e. will have all of its features combined into one module with respect to its layout etc... It will have a modular gantry with servo driven Axis along with a hardened cutting blade; this will produce consistently burr free edges across a varied range of fabric types from lightweight synthetic to heavy knit and leather.
In addition, the machine will support CAD and CAM processes which allows for rapid imports of nesting files and will produce a true 1 to 1 product via cutting. The machine will also provide a tension bar that is adjustable; it will also have a vacuum bed system as well as an anti-fringe build in to assist with maintaining fabric flatness and alignment during the entire cutting process. Furthermore, the operator of the machine will have multiple methods of cutting to select from (i.e. kiss cut, perforation, full thickness blade operation), depending on the product requirements.
