The napkin making machine is designed for high-volume facilities, integrating tissue unwinding, embossing, perforating... into a compact, fully automated system. Utilizing a PLC control system with touch screen HMI, fault diagnostic capabilities and multiple napkin format recipes (from napkin guest towels to standard dinner sizes) are available. The machine's feeder system allows for standard tissue reels with adjustable feed tension, and anti-slip feeds are employed to eliminate skewing and jamming during the process. Cutting and folding actions are done by precision servo motors, providing clean edges and consistent pleat alignment through thousands of cycles per shift.
Constructed of 304 stainless steel, the equipment is corrosion resistant and easily cleaned within a sanitary environment. Changeover of parameters is accomplished by entering new parameters, thereby minimizing downtime between production. Modules such as embossing, printing and package integration provides additional production capability.
