The automatic cutting and sewing machine is a complete, modular manufacturing system ideal for mass production, home use, and small workshops; it demonstrates both speed and durability in an easy-to-use manner. It consists of two operational parts; (1) the automatic cutting module is programmed to cut new patterns based on the job queue of the ongoing job; and (2) the high precision sewing head uses servo motors and intelligent sensors to coordinate movement, maintain fabric tension, and eliminate skipped stitches.
Additionally, automatic board-guided feeding, automatic cutting edge finishing, and like functions are built-in capabilities of the system to ensure all cutting edges are finished clean and ready for production. The controller uses a color touch screen with an intuitive setup, stores patterns and maintains a job queue. Thus, the operator can program many styles and quickly switch to a new order with ease. The system's versatility allows it to sew both woven and knit fabrics by varying blade depth, stitch length, and seam type.
