This automatic towel folding machine is designed for integration into existing laundry lines with a compact footprint & robust construction to withstand lots of use. The automatic towel folding machine will automatically fold towels into standard sizes using a built in hopper that receives the towels and puts them into a balanced folding area. Programmable controls allow the operator to choose how they want the towels folded (centered, tri-fold or rugby fold), the target stack height & cadence to dispense the towels. Sensors detect the presence, weight & alignment of the towels so that there are no jams, misfeeds or other machine issues.
This machine can be run either as a standalone machine or as part of a network connected to a central facility management system allowing remote monitoring and alerts for service. All materials used in the construction of the machine are corrosion resistant and easy to clean (via removable panels for access to perform routine maintenance). Energy-efficient motors reduce power usage but do not compromise their speed, and a low noise level make them suitable for locations such as back-of-house offices in hotels, and spas. Options include automatic towel sizing, lint filter, and an automatic chute for offloading towels at higher volumes.
