This highly integrated system can seamlessly complete the processes of feeding materials, labeling, cutting and sewing in a continuous production line. It can produce one finished quilt every 12 seconds.
Equipped with an advanced optical recognition system, the production line can automatically identify and precisely cut the printed fabric (such as custom patterns), thus perfectly meeting the strict requirements of high-end personalized designs.
Designed specifically for large-scale home textile products, its flexible mechanical structure can easily handle various thick fabrics. The width and length of the fabric can be flexibly adjusted, covering a range from 150 centimeters to an extremely large size of up to 280 centimeters.
Integrates a premium German-engineered MF deviation control system. It guarantees ultra-precise fabric alignment and perfectly straight edges, eliminating material waste.
