The ideal design for constructing a denim garment is a combination of durable materials and precise engineering to create a durable machine capable of doing well with multiple layers of fabric as well as thick denim, such as used to make jeans, jackets, or coveralls. With its rugged frame, accurate feeding mechanism, and optimally designed presser foot pressure settings, the machine will produce the same quality of stitches on the very first stitch as it would on the last stitch produced by it.
The machine can be used both for rapid production of top-stitching as well as for creating functional seams and can create a wide variety of stitch lengths, perform reversed stitching, and utilize a dependable statistical needle that can support either single needle or double needle systems. For operators this means being able to smoothly handle fabric without having needle deflection, and very little thread breakage, because of the excellent tension control and the well-designed thread path.
