Versatile Stitching Options
The machine provides a variety of overlock stitching options that include traditional overlock stitching (i.e., stitching two or more layers of fabric together with a knitted stitch), knitted overlock stitching or a flatlock knitting type of overlock stitch. Based on the number of stitches used, the width of the stitches, and the amount of tension on the fabric used when stitching the overlock stitch, many types of finished projects can be produced. The multiple overlock stitching options mentioned above can all produce a consistent result regardless of the number of types of projects being finished. You may choose from many different overlock stitches, including standard, rolled hem, and flatlock, as well as their various width, tension, and differential feeds to find just the right finish for your sewing project. By adjusting those parameters, you can create several different finishes suitable for use in clothing manufacture, decorating the home, or working with technical textiles, while achieving uniform results.
