The towel-making machine has been designed and manufactured as one complete production line that will allow you to create different types and styles of towels. The machine consists of high-precision Warp Knitting or Weaving, with a Dye Kitchen, Singeing, Mercerizing, Piling, Calendaring, Washing and Finishing processes set out in one closed loop system. You can build your production line from a basic Bath Towel Line to a premium Gym Towel line with different weight of fabrics, pile heights and borders styles by adding different Elements to the Basic Machine Design so that you can choose what best meets your requirements.
The additional components and features from the basic machine provide for automatic yarn handling with servo-drive take-ups and weft insertions to produce consistent fabric density, digital control of temperature and moisture for colorfast dyeing, and a vision based inspection system to identify weaving defects, misweaves, and color variations while the machine is operating in real-time. The machine includes Energy Recovery Drives and Intelligent Scheduling to maximize machine up-time, reduce machine waste and provide lower energy costs. The operator benefits by using a user-friendly HMI with guided maintenance instructions and remote diagnostics.
